Building Design 

In addition to Exceed Engineering’s wide range of industry experience, our team works with a variety of different programs to create the design you are looking for, including:

Our design and engineering team takes into account your project goals, construction site, industry, timeline, municipality, and other important criteria when creating your design.  Our goal is to provide you with a design that not only meets your needs, but "Exceeds" your expectations and maintains that level of excellence for the lifetime of the design.

Project Management

The Exceed team will take the design that we have closely collaborated on with you to your chosen finishline.  We will help to establish your project budget & timeline.  Your project will be reviewed thoroughly to verify it meets all ADA/Accessibility regulations.  We will coordinate with the local municipality or authority having jursidiction to ensure that your project meets approval and is permitted on time.  If your project requires a bidding process, we will compile all necessary documentation and coordinate it accordingly.  We will be involved in construction administration for your project as little or as much as you need with on-site representation or site visits to make sure that your project runs smoothly and to your design specifications.  The Exceed team will also take care of any of your project close-out needs including as-built drawings.  From project beginning to end, our complete in-house team will work with you toward an excellent project finish.
